Group Classes

Open level group classes:

These classes are moderately paced and intended for students with some general yoga experience. I teach vinyasa style yoga with a strong emphasis on the breath and refining physical technique.

Prenatal group classes

These classes are for pregnant students and require no prior yoga experience. I teach a slow, steady, and pregnancy safe flow class with the intention towards creating physical comfort and ease, as well as preparing mentally and physically for birth.

Basics level group classes

These classes are for students of all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced, and require no prior yoga experience. I teach a slow to moderately paced vinyasa class with an emphasis on alignment and physical technique.

Private Classes

Private in-person classes in your home

One-on-one classes catered to your goals and/or needs. These specialized sessions include a thoughtfully sequenced yoga practice with hands on adjustments (as desired) and clear verbal instruction in a relaxed but powerfully focused setting. (props not included)

Private Zoom classes

One-on-one classes catered to your goals and/or needs. These specialized sessions include a thoughtfully sequenced yoga practice with clear verbal instruction in a relaxed but powerfully focused setting.

Guided meditation, private or small group (1-5 people)

These sessions include detailed step-by-step instructions for aligning the meditation seat, clear and accessible pranayama (breath work) instruction and mantra or mindfulness guided meditation practice.
